Can' t remember too much detail but this dog was a side-kick to some mad professor (some some kind of villain) and they would chase somebody, and when his boss suffers some mishap, like crashing his car, etc. , the dog would, off to the side, giggle or chuckle at his boss' misfortune. THANKS
